All interested parties are invited to submit comments by 16 October 2025. These comments should provide further information on the uses, exposure, alternatives and risks associated with the substances.

If no further comments are received, it is highly likely that the substances will be included in the Candidate List. Otherwise, the comments will be forwarded to the Member States Committee, which will attempt to reach a unanimous agreement. If this is not achieved, the final decision will lie with the European Commission.
